The second hypothesis is that work discipline has a significant and positive effect on the performance of ASN in Pesisir Barat Regency. The results showed that the significance value of the work motivation variable t was 0.002, meaning that the First Hypothesis was accepted or in other words there was a significant influence between one independent variable of work motivation on the dependent variable of performance. For the significance value of work discipline variable t 0.000, it means that the second hypothesis is accepted or in other words there is a significant influence between one independent variable work discipline on the dependent variable performance.
